Thank you again! I wrote this before seeing much of Heroes and parts of it make me wince a bit now. I agree very much with your assessment. I actually like the Nathan that we see when he's with Hiro - and there's more to Hiro than the sweetness too - but you're right, I think, that they are probably fundamentally incompatible. That connection that Nathan has with Nikki (Jessica) over being who they are, he couldn't have anything like that with Hiro. I'd still like to read (or maybe write, someday) about them in a relationship but I can see it being rather tragic...
