Today was full of win in the important ways. But it was full of fail in all the unimportant ways. To wit:

- I missed the bus this morning. Twice.
- Then I got on the wrong bus. The bus that takes about 30 minutes longer to get to campus. And it didn't even go all the way - I had to take another bus to get there.
- After I left work... you guessed it... I missed the bus.
- At around 6pm, I realized my underwear was on backwards. *cough*

On the plus side, my professor called right after I first missed the bus and we had a good talk. And I discovered that I can actually get a lot done on a long bus ride. So, I may do that again (on purpose, though, I hope.)

I can't really think of any pluses about the underwear. I'm still confused about how I didn't *notice* before. (They were boxers, by the way. And they're still on backwards!)

Sorry I haven't been around like, at all... and my little time for internet has been spent on reading the-fanfiction-that-shall-not-be-named. I think I need RSS feeds for my f-list or something. Is there a way to do feeds for friends-only posts, though? Probably not.

P.P.S. Who's the guy (girl?) in Hedwig's Angry Inch, the bandmate who has a thing for Hedwig?! Or at least in the play, s/he did, I think...

I voted! I'm ridiculously excited about that, as I've never been able to vote in a primary before (living in states where Independents can't vote in primaries). So, YAY!

There's nothing wrong with that! I only said that because I was seriously convinced for about ten minutes that "down, down in an earlier round" would make a GREAT subject line and then I was like, if I start down that path, there is no return!!!!! That way lies sounding cleverer than I actually am. :-)

Lol underwear. XD I've had days like that, though I suspect girl-underwear is a little more difficult to notice backwardness with. I've tried to put button-down shirts on inside out before, but that doesn't work too well once I get to the buttons. >->

When I used RSS for LJ people, it let me see friends-only posts as long as they had me friended. *shrug* It won't let you do a feed for your entire flist, though, since your friends page is essentially a feed reader. And a feed reader for a feed reader doesn't really work. =/

Voting, as in the primary? :o I got to! It was exciting! This is the first year I've been old enough to vote in presidential elections. :D

I realized that what it was is, the boxers are really badly made and they're actually more comfortable backwards. Hehe. So I'm just going to wear them backwards from now on.

Dude, I spent like 3 hours reading about Johnny Weir yesterday and it was all your fault (and then I read a bunch of HP fic that was also your fault. *nod nods*) I'd heard of Johnny before you though! He's cute. I have an imaginary fic in my head where he and Pete Wentz meet at a fashion thing that Pete has dragged Patrick to and Patrick starts hanging out with Johnny and Pete gets all jealous.

Oh dear. Um. I like fics wherein there is extremely angry sex that is almost to the point of non-con but isn't quite.
